Rules of the Game:bowling.jpg

    1. Standing Area: Do not let your feet cross over the foul line. Do not touch any part of the lane past the dark line with your feet. It is very slippery and if you cross this it is considered a foul and you could hurt yourself.
    2. Lane: If your ball goes into any side of these gutters it is called a “gutter ball”. You want to release your ball to go straight down the lane to hit the pins.
    3. Pins: There are 10 pins total. The pins are setup in four rows with one pin in the first row, two in the second, three in the third, and four in the fourth. The goal is to knock down all the pins at one time.
    4. Bowling ball: You should choose the correct size and weight of a bowling ball that you can throw easily. The ball has two or three finger holes.
    5. Bowling shoes: Special shows are required for bowling. Bowling shoes have a specific sole so that it does not damage the floor.
    6. Game rules: Bowling consists of 10 scoring frames. Each frame is one turn, but you get two throws in each frame. The number of pins knocked down with both throws is added to your total score. At the end of the game the player who has the most points wins.
